Simple. Upfront. junk removal.
We price on how much space your junk takes up. Here are the exact tiers — so you know what to expect before we show up.
Load-based pricing
The same load, the same price — residential or commercial.
Residential — homes and personal junk, from a single item to a full house cleanout.
Commercial — offices, retail, warehouses, and rental property turnover.
What a load looks like
A load is measured by how much space your items fill in the truck bed.
1/8 Load
A few boxes or a single small item.
1/4 Load
A couple of pieces of furniture or appliances.
1/2 Load
Multiple items or a single room's worth of junk.
3/4 Load
Several rooms, larger furniture, or a bigger cleanout.
Full Load
A whole truck bed packed top to bottom.
Full Property
Whole-house, estate, or major commercial cleanouts — larger than a single full load.
What affects the price
- Volume — how full the bed ends up
- Material type — some items cost more to dispose of
- Labor — stairs, tight corners, and heavy lifting
- Accessibility — how easy it is to reach the items
- Disposal fees — where the material has to go
